Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb oleo
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix together oleo, flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. Make a well in the mixture, then add eggs and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.
  5. Place 1/2 teaspoon of filling onto each square.
  6. Fold over two opposite corners of each square to form a triangle.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  8. Roll the baked pastries in powdered sugar.
