Ingredients

  • pulp from approximately 12 Koosa
  • 6 eggs
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly salt Koosa pulp and let water drain out for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the remaining liquid from the Koosa pulp.
  3. Mix the drained pulp with eggs until well combined.
  4. Add flour gradually until the mixture reaches the consistency of thick pancake batter.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Heat oil or butter in a saute pan or griddle over medium heat.
  7. Spoon the mixture onto the hot pan, about the size of a small pancake.
  8. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
  9. Serve hot with fresh sliced tomatoes.
