- Squeeze out the remaining liquid from the Koosa pulp.
- Mix the drained pulp with eggs until well combined.
- Add flour gradually until the mixture reaches the consistency of thick pancake batter.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil or butter in a saute pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Spoon the mixture onto the hot pan, about the size of a small pancake.
- Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
- Serve hot with fresh sliced tomatoes.
