Ingredients

  • 4 lb. shortribs (beef), trimmed
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for marinade.
  2. Cover and chill 4 to 5 hours before grilling.
  3. Baste during cooking.
