Instructions
- Fry onions in olive oil till golden brown.
- Add garlic, just to toast.
- Add tomato puree.
- Mix well.
- Keep aside.
- Cook lentils in 2 cups water for about 30 minutes.
- Cook rice in 2 cups water for 15 minutes.
- Cook macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes.
- Mix well.
- Add chickpeas and stir.
- Add tomato onion mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
