- Wash cucumbers and slice them paper thin using a slicer.
- Chop onions and peppers.
- Combine cucumbers, onions, peppers, and salt in a large bowl.
- Let stand for 3 hours and then drain.

- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add drained cucumbers to the boiling mixture.
- Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
- Pack hot mixture into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
