Kutsinta is a chewy, mildly sweet Filipino steamed rice cake with a sticky texture and caramel flavor, perfect for snack time or celebrations, served with grated coconut.

Instructions
- Bring water and brown sugar to a boil.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Add the cooled mixture to the flour and stir until smooth.
- Add lye water and mix well.
- Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full with the batter.
- Steam for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from the pans.
- Serve with grated fresh coconut.
