Ingredients

  • 2 cans flaky biscuits
  • 2 cups thick chili or Manwich
  • 20 squares cheese (mild Cheddar or Colby)

Instructions

  1. Flatten out the biscuits and place them in greased muffin tins.
  2. Fill each biscuit cup halfway to three-fourths full with chili.
  3. Top each with squares of cheese.
  4. Bake at 400°F until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
