Lamb Chop Casserole
A hearty lamb chop casserole featuring rice, tomato soup, and cheese, perfect for comforting family dinners with rich flavors and tender meat. Suitable for meat lovers.

Instructions
- Prepare the tomato soup if using a packet.
- Wash the rice and put it in the bottom of a large casserole dish.
- Brown the lamb chops in a frying pan, if desired, and place them on top of the rice.
- Cover with chopped onion.
- Pour the tomato soup over the ingredients and sprinkle with thyme.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°F (gas mark 6).
- Remove the lid, top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese, and bake for a further 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with salad or green vegetables.
