Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lamb chunks
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 squeezed lime
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 large bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Marinate lamb chunks in olive oil, lime juice, grated onion, paprika, garlic salt, and crumbled bay leaf for four hours or more.
  2. Skewer the marinated lamb chunks onto bamboo skewers.
  3. Bake or grill the skewers over charcoal for 15 minutes until cooked through.
