  • 1 package Romanoff noodle mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lamb, cut-up
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Romanoff noodle mix as directed on the package, increasing the milk to 2/3 cup.
  3. Stir in the cooked lamb, chopped celery, snipped chives, and curry powder.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish.
  5. Cover and bake until the lamb is hot, about 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
