Ingredients

  • 1 leg of lamb
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, black pepper, and garlic in a dish.
  2. Make slits in the lamb and insert garlic pieces into the slits.
  3. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
  4. Rub the lamb with the remaining salt, pepper, and garlic mixture.
  5. Pour lemon juice over the lamb.
  6. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
  7. Rub the potatoes with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  8. Add the potatoes to the roasting pan with the lamb.
  9. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 2 to 3 hours.
