Ingredients

  • pigs feet
  • several minced garlic cloves
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the pig's feet thoroughly.
  2. Cover the pig's feet with slightly salted water in a large pot.
  3. Add several minced garlic cloves and pepper to taste.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook until the meat slips easily from the bones.
  5. Remove the pig's feet and strain the broth.
  6. Place some of the meat in individual serving bowls.
  7. Pour the strained broth over the meat.
  8. Chill until the mixture is firm.
  9. Serve with bread.
