Ingredients

  • cauliflower flowerets
  • carrots, sliced
  • raw celery, cut in pieces
  • 1 green pepper, cut in pieces
  • 1 red pepper, cut in pieces
  • celery seed
  • allspice, whole, optional

Instructions

  1. Put prepared vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup white cider vinegar, 1/3 cup water, and pickle juice if necessary.
  3. Add celery seed and allspice.
  4. Marinate for a minimum of 24 hours.
