Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) packages lemon jello
  • 4 (3 oz.) packages strawberry jello
  • 1 large can peach halves
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Strain peaches and save the juice.
  2. Make lemon jello with 2 cups hot water and 1 cup peach juice.
  3. Place peaches in the mold and cover with lemon jello. Reserve 1 cup of lemon jello.
  4. Refrigerate 1 cup of lemon jello until it sets to an egg white consistency.
  5. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions.
  6. Cream the cream cheese, then add 1 cup of lemon jello to the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold the cream cheese and lemon jello mixture into the prepared Dream Whip.
  8. Pour the mixture into the set peach-layered lemon jello in the mold.
  9. Chill until firm.
  10. Make strawberry jello with 2 cups hot water and 1 cup fruit cocktail juice.
  11. Add strained fruit cocktail to cooled strawberry jello.
  12. Pour the strawberry jello mixture on top of the set white layer in the mold.
  13. Chill overnight before serving.
