Ingredients

  • 16 oz. seashell macaroni
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • salt
  • 1 pint cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the seashell macaroni according to the package directions; drain.
  2. Saute the diced onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and season with salt.
  4. Stir in the cottage cheese until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately.
