Ingredients

  • ground beef or turkey
  • 5 lb. box Velveeta, cubed
  • 6 to 8 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 16 oz. box lasagna noodles, boiled firmly
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cover the bottom of a pan with tomato sauce completely.
  2. Add cooked ground meat (beef or turkey), chopped onion, chopped garlic, and Velveeta cheese over the sauce.
  3. Place about 4 lasagna noodles on top of the meat mixture.
  4. Repeat the layering with tomato sauce, meat, cheese, and noodles until ingredients are used up.
  5. Ensure the top layer is covered with meat, cheese, and plenty of sauce to keep the noodles moist.
  6. Cover the pan and bake at 450°F for 45 minutes or until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
