Lasagna Improvise

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium size pasta shells
  • 1 (2 lb.) Ricotta cheese
  • 1 large Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 2 qt. spaghetti sauce (with ground beef)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, beaten eggs, Parmesan or Romano cheese and spices (cheese and spices to taste) in a large bowl.
  2. Add cooked pasta and 1 quart sauce.
  3. (The other quart is used at the time of serving.)
  4. Mix well.
  5. Smooth top layer in a baking pan. Cover with sauce and grated cheese.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
  8. Let set for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve.
