Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
  • 1 (32 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large carton lite cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Mix cooked meat with spaghetti sauce.
  3. Beat eggs in a small bowl; add cottage cheese, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; mix well.
