Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup 4C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well, adding enough water to moisten bread crumbs.
  2. Form into 1 1/2-inch round balls and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, or pan brown.
  3. Loosen from pan and roll on paper towel to remove excess fat, then add to sauce.
