  • 18 oz. jar apricot preserves
  • 18 oz. jar plum preserves
  • bottle regular barbecue sauce
  • 5 lb. spareribs
  • 10 oz. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil spareribs in a large pot for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix apricot preserves, plum preserves, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Drain the spareribs and place them in the bowl with the sauce mixture, ensuring all ribs are covered.
  4. Prepare the barbecue or broiler and cook the ribs for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning and basting frequently.
