Layered Mexican Corn Bread

- Mix eggs, cornmeal, milk and corn.
- Pour 1/2 of this mixture into greased 9 x 5-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1/2 onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper over this.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over this, next add hamburger meat, then remaining cheese, onions and peppers.
- Spread remaining cornbread mixture over top.
- Bake at 350°
- for 45 to 55 minutes, or until brown and firm in middle.
