Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
  • 1 16 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. sliced black olives
  • 1/4 c. chopped red onions
  • 1 c. chopped green chilies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ranch dip mix with the sour cream and spread evenly in a shallow dish.
  2. Layer the shredded lettuce over the sour cream mixture.
  3. Add a layer of chopped tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle sliced black olives over the tomatoes.
  5. Scatter chopped red onions over the olives.
  6. Optional: Top with chopped green chilies if desired.
  7. Serve with toasted corn chips.
