Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 to 3 chopped onions (yes, 2 to 3 chopped onions)
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Cover with water and bake 3 hours at 350°.
  2. Serve over rice.
