Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can apple or peach pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt the margarine or butter in a square baking dish approximately 10 x 10 inches.
  3. Mix the self-rising flour, white sugar, brown sugar, and milk to make the batter.
  4. Pour the batter mixture into the melted butter in the baking dish.
  5. Spread the can of apple or peach pie filling evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
