Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Northern pike or other lean fish fillets
  • 16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut fish into serving size pieces and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour spaghetti sauce over the fish.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, dried basil, dried oregano, and pepper.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake until the fish flakes easily at the thickest part, about 20 to 25 minutes.
