Fabulous Italian Breadsticks

Crispy, cheesy Italian breadsticks seasoned with herbs, baked to golden perfection, perfect for dipping in spaghetti sauce or serving alongside pasta dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Press out the thawed bread dough to fill a greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle basil and thyme evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until light brown.
  6. Cut into 1 x 4-inch strips and serve with spaghetti sauce.
