Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. For crust, mix butter, flour and 1 cup pecans.
  2. Press in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan and bake at
  3. 350° for 20 minutes. Cool and set aside.
