Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 10 slices bread
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Cook sausage until done, then drain.
  3. Tear bread into pieces and place in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Layer cooked sausage, grated Cheddar cheese, sausage, and cheese over the bread.
  5. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard together.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until cooked through and golden.
