- Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cook sausage until done, then drain.
- Tear bread into pieces and place in the bottom of the pan.
- Layer cooked sausage, grated Cheddar cheese, sausage, and cheese over the bread.
- Mix eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard together.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until cooked through and golden.
