Leftover Coffee Bars

Instructions
- Combine raisins, coffee and cinnamon; set aside.
- Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in coffee mixture and add vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture; mix well and add nuts.
- Spread in greased and floured 10 x 15 x 1-inch pan.
- Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
