Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 ears cooked corn-on-the-cob
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooked corn from the cob and scrape the cob to remove any remaining corn; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion to the skillet, cover, and cook until translucent, stirring once or twice.
  4. Add the corn and milk to the skillet; cover and heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese if desired before serving.
