Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can Carnation milk
  • 1 small box lime jello
  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple and reserve the juice.
  2. Heat the pineapple juice to dissolve the lime and lemon jello powders.
  3. Mix the dissolved jello with the crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and Carnation milk.
  4. Add mayonnaise and chopped pecans to the mixture.
  5. Mix well and chill until set before serving.
