Ingredients

  • 1 20oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 stick butter or oleo, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 7 slices bread, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  4. Serve warm, ideally with ham or turkey.
