Ingredients

  • 1 lb. haddock fillet
  • 1 tsp. melted butter
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw fish if frozen.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Divide the haddock fillet into 6 servings.
  4. Place the fish in a single layer in a baking dish.
  5. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, grated lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  6. Pour the mixture over the fish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
