Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • sprinkle of lemon juice
  • fresh lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish or pan with foil.
  2. Place fish fillets gently in the pan and sprinkle with paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add butter and a sprinkle of lemon juice over the fillets.
  4. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 18 minutes.
  5. Gently lift the foil and transfer the fillets into a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve.
