Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 c powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Blend the cake mix, melted butter, and one egg together.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9 X 13 pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Add the two eggs to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely before cutting.
