Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  3. Add brown sugar to the melted margarine and stir until melted.
  4. Add lemon juice and blend well.
  5. Add the cooked carrots back to the sauce and toss to coat.
