Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a 10 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Pour enough lemon juice into the dish to make it 1 inch deep.
  3. Baste the chicken with sauce.
  4. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and baste the chicken again with sauce.
  6. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is brown and tender.
  7. Remove from oven and serve.
