- Coat turkey cutlets with flour, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add half of the cutlets; cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until no longer pink, then remove from skillet.
- Repeat with remaining olive oil and cutlets.
- Add water, chicken broth, butter, garlic, sage, and bouillon to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Return the cutlets to the skillet; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring and turning to coat, for 1 to 2 minutes.
