Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey breast cutlets
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  • 2 tsp. fresh sage

Instructions

  1. Coat turkey cutlets with flour, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add half of the cutlets; cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until no longer pink, then remove from skillet.
  4. Repeat with remaining olive oil and cutlets.
  5. Add water, chicken broth, butter, garlic, sage, and bouillon to the skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Return the cutlets to the skillet; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring and turning to coat, for 1 to 2 minutes.
