Ingredients

  • 3 oz. sugar-free lemon jello
  • 1 small pkg. coleslaw mix
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sugar-free lemon jello according to package instructions, using boiling water and pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
  2. Allow the jello to set partially in the refrigerator.
  3. Once partially set, fold in the coleslaw mix and drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Mix gently until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
