Ingredients

  • 2 lb. red snapper
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • salt to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. black lemon pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 stick unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Season the fish with salt, black lemon pepper, and garlic.
  2. Set aside the seasoned fish for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut up the onion and green pepper into small pieces.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
  5. Place the fish in a covered dish.
  6. Add the chopped onion, green pepper, and lemon juice over the entire dish.
  7. Cook slowly in the oven for one hour.
  8. Serve hot.
