Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix at high speed 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
