Lemon Nut Bread(Quick Bread)

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl.
- Blend in eggs one at a time and lemon rind.
- Stir in sifted ingredients alternately with liquids.
- Spoon batter in lightly greased loaf pan.
- Be sure batter is in all corners of pan.
- Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan.
- Cool.
