Ingredients

  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 package lemon instant pudding
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the yellow cake mix, lemon instant pudding, cooking oil, eggs, and milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until well mixed at medium speed.
  3. Pour the batter into a well-oiled and floured heavy pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour or until a straw inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake stand in the pan for a little while before turning it onto a plate.
  6. Apply glaze to the cooled cake before serving.
