A refreshing lemon or lime salad combining fruity jelly, creamy cheese, and sweet pineapple, perfect for light desserts or summer gatherings enjoyed by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime or lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Make Jell-O in a casserole dish and refrigerate until set.
  2. Drain crushed pineapple and save the juice.
  3. Dissolve cream cheese in the juice from the crushed pineapple.
  4. Whip the Jell-O and add evaporated milk until well mixed.
  5. Fold in crushed pineapple, cream cheese, and juice mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until the salad is firm.
