Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup jelly

Instructions

  1. Separate the refrigerated buttermilk biscuits and pat each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and jelly until smooth.
  3. Place a rounded tablespoon of the peanut butter and jelly mixture into each biscuit cup.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
