Lemon-Pineapple Jello
A light, fruity dessert combining lemon and pineapple flavors with creamy Cool Whip, perfect for summer gatherings or a refreshing treat for the whole family.

Instructions
- Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot water in the top of a double boiler. Stir in mini marshmallows until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and beat in cream cheese and juice from pineapple; cool slightly.
- Blend in Cool Whip and crushed pineapple until well combined.
- Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
