Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot water in the top of a double boiler. Stir in mini marshmallows until dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and beat in cream cheese and juice from pineapple; cool slightly.
  3. Blend in Cool Whip and crushed pineapple until well combined.
  4. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
