Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 serving size package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 8-inch graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese; blend with 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix.
  3. Beat slowly with eggbeater just until well mixed, about 1 minute.
  4. Do not overbeat.
  5. Pour at once into graham cracker crust.
  6. Sprinkle crumbs lightly over top.
  7. Chill about an hour.
