Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, consider using whole grain pasta or substituting the pepperoni with turkey or chicken sausage. You can also add fresh herbs like basil or parsley for extra flavor. If you prefer a creamier dressing, mix in some Greek yogurt with the Italian dressing. For a kick, add some diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.

Serving Suggestions

This Pasta Garden Salad is perfect for picnics or potlucks and pairs beautifully with Jan'S Cheesecake for dessert. Serve it alongside grilled chicken or fish for a complete meal. For a vegetarian option, skip the pepperoni and add more vegetables or chickpeas for extra protein.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To rehydrate the pasta, add a splash of olive oil or a little extra dressing before serving. If the salad seems dry after storage, simply toss it with a bit more dressing or a squeeze of lemon juice to freshen it up.
