Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 lb. turkey breast cutlets
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
  • 4 tsp. sesame seed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, honey, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Sprinkle each turkey cutlet with ground pepper.
  3. Place turkey cutlets in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the turkey and bring to a boil.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seed.
