Ingredients

  • 18 1/4 oz. lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 2 1/4 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg.
  2. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. The batter will be sticky.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners' sugar.
  5. Lightly roll to coat each piece.
  6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
